Disliked: booking. com could have been better .i book with you all the time . i will never book with you again !! we told that booking . com had overbooked ,we didn't have a room .after being hung up on by andre and then another person said we were on own and to bill booking.com accordingly .went back into wyndham they took over and said don't worry and gave us an upgrade, and they dealt with everything ! i will definitely stay there again , but i won't do it thru booking .com your staff is totally incompetent

Liked: The location was perfect and the proximity to services (corner store, restaurant, ice cream store) was great for the kids.
Disliked: The only thing would be an easier bike storage and access to bikes

Disliked: I wish I could review this property but they "relocated" our reservation three hours before we were set to check in. By "relocated", I mean they didn't have a room for us when we arrived and told us we had to go somewhere else. I'm not sure if it's because this place is a timeshare or what. So, our large family vacation was trashed. It was put on us to find another hotel with enough space to fit everyone on short notice after booking this one months in advance. Horrible experience with this company. If you're not a member of the timeshare, I would avoid like the plague.

Your business model sucks of...
Liked: Your business model sucks of taking reservations, 9 months in advance, confirming the day before arrival, then canceling the day of because you oversold and first bump those from 3rd party booking sites. Your business model sucks and I will tell everyone with my last breath to not go to your facility if asked. I understand this is par-for-the-course with Worldmark's parent company and I will be contacting the BBB, and anyone else. Then, when i asked for a refund, you told me that it was Booking.com that had the money. After pulling over to the side of the road to call Booking.com, and waiting onhold for 45 mins, they eventually sent me to Worldmark, who provided the refund. So, you lie too.
