Enjoyed being at Arrow Point...

Liked: The staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful and friendly, nothing bad to say about any of the staff we encountered. The location was amazing. Pool was small but nice. The environment was really relaxing.
Disliked: Felt like the apartment and some of the kitchen things could have been cleaned better. It wasn't a super big deal but definitely noticed. Neighbours upstairs were pretty noisy.

Disliked: Tenant above us making noise 3 nights in a row for a long time (i.e. > 30 minutes each time) after midnight.

Disliked: I think it’s weird how Gozza ranch shares the property, and world mark guests are looked down on. Better keep to your side!

Disliked: No workout room.Ranch priority guest. Access to check in from booking took us to the wrong location. Please check the address.
