The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms clean and supplied you with everything for your stay.

Liked: Rooms were great; location was good.
Disliked: Hot tub could be open a little later.

Only one night stay but it was an extremely positive experience. We will definitely stay again.

Sardine Swifties jammed in the...

Liked: The swiftie cups genuinely melted my daughters and my heart!! Whoever planned those deserves so much accolades. Same with the photo op in the lobby and the bracelet making room!!!! Those additions made our trip feel so extra special.
Disliked: Stairs access. Blocking the stairs with rugs in the parking garage was surprising. No stairs access was interesting after the concert with us going up the elevator feeling like sardine swifties. Also wish there was clearer instructions on how to use the coffee maker. We accidentally used it wrong twice leaving us with only two caffeinated pods once we figured out what we did wrong
