The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms clean and supplied you with everything for your stay.

Liked: Rooms were great; location was good.
Disliked: Hot tub could be open a little later.

Only one night stay but it was an extremely positive experience. We will definitely stay again.

Disliked: We discovered a well-used curling iron and hair straightener in the bathroom and it makes me question how well the room was cleaned after the last people left/before we arrived. We paid for an “upgrade” and I am now a little concerned about what goes into the cleaning of a suite, let alone a traditional room.

Liked: The room was much more spacious than I expected. I had a great view overlooking Rogers arena and the location was perfect because I was less than a 10minute walk from Rogers arena. Also, the hot tub and sauna was a nice touch which I had all to myself.
