Great Staff, Clean Rooms, Location...

Liked: We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a great dinner for Valentine’s Day. The smiling staff, clean rooms, easy access to the building, and plenty of parking made for a pleasant stay. As a bonus, there is a Buckey’s across the street when exiting. It’s definitely worth the money.

Stay was ok

Liked: Close to TPC Sawgrass, beautiful pool and hot tub area, beautiful entrance and foyer, spacious room, clean, most staff were very courteous. Close to golf courses and nice walking area around the water
Disliked: Overpriced - was only place available - charged extra for parking in their huge lot - staff could not help me with concern about overstepping housekeeping request - took it upon themselves to over tidy (touching toothbrushes, soaps and cosmetics ) - also threw things away that were not in the garbage after requesting the room not be entered or cleaned (they removed do not disturb sign from door while we gone for the day) - staff also hovered at the hot tub area 20 minutes prior to closing - felt pressured to leave - reminded that it closed at 10.

The accommodations were not quite...

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: There was no food service, not even sandwiches at the bar, midday to 5pm.We received an accessible room. We did not request one. Our balcony was over a rooftop. It appeared as though the hem was coming out of the curtains in the bedroom. The lamp on one side of the bed did not work. The handles on desk drawer in the living room were missing.

Disliked: The rooms need some updates, our shower was rusted and the a/c was barely working.
