Waste of time and money...

Liked: The property itself was lovely.
Disliked: The staff were miserable and unhelpful apart from one lady on reception and the lady on reception in the spa. We checked out the menu before our trip and again in the room when we arrived with the QR code but when we arrived for dinner the menu had completely changed and the only fish dish was battered fish and chips. I had to order something else and I ended up not being able to eat it as I have had gastric surgery and I eat mostly fish. We couldn’t get in the pool on Saturday afternoon or evening as we were told the hotel was at 92 % capacity. We went for a swim at 8am on the Sunday and again there were teenagers and toddlers in the pool so there was nothing relaxing about our spa break. We decided to go in the hot tub to get away from the hustle and bustle only to find it was out of order. All in all a complete waste of money and a real disappointment

Liked: The spa was excellent except disappointed the jacuzzi my main appeal wasn’t working.
Disliked: Always loved the Garden Room and food but we had an awful dinner sent back. Very disappointing.

Would stay again.

Liked: It was ideally located for us. We both had massages during our stay which were divine. Spa area lovely and relaxing. The onsite bar was lovely and cosy with a real fire. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the steam room wasn’t working. This was a huge shame because it’s my husbands favourite part of a spa and we were there celebrating his birthday.

Liked: The location is a few minutes drive out of Worcester allowing for some piece and quiet and has stunning views of the Malvern Hills.
