Comfortable, clean and would stay...

Liked: Very comfortable beds/room and receptionist friendly and helpful.Four adults and two children ate in the bar in the evening, however five of us got our meals and one child didn't! We had to find a staff member and eventually got the meal after 35 mins. They took £6 off the bill and this made our dining experience quite disappointing.

Wonderful break, Worcester a great...

Liked: Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly. Lovely food, very clean. Electric car charger. Had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Perfect for what we wanted

Liked: Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, there was a pianist playing which was really nice . Food very good as wellBreakfast very nicr

Liked: Hotel is looking abit tired and mismatched, spa facilities okay but have to wait to get in jacuzzi, rainfall shower didnt work, couldn't get a sun lounger as all seemed to be reserved by towels!

Really enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: Room was spacious but a little trired looking. Extractor fan in bathroom was noisy and ran for a very, very, very long time after you switched the light off. Breakfast was good, nice selection but went cold very quickly could have done with warmed plates. Restaurant for evening meal excellent along with the sports bar
