Nice get away
Liked: Very clean, staff where great and room was nice
Disliked: Breakfast mediocre, lots of choice but bacon didn't look very appealing and had to wait around for milk for cereal and tea

Liked: Room and views beautiful. Light airy comfortable room. Aircon/heating great. The spa is lovely, clean, nice pool and facilities.Staff was very friendly and apologetic when i reported my TV and hot water.
Disliked: We were not notified that the full restaurant wasn't available - dining facilities were set up in a banqueting room, and it just felt a bit like a dinner hall. The TVs in my room didn't work at all. Apparently, this was a signal problem in the hotel . i went there for a chill out 2 night stay and upgradded the room on arrival as I'd originally booked a cosy room which was very small with a tiny window that you cant see out of without standing up. So, not to have a working TV after paying upgrade of £60.per night was disappointing. In addition, i tried to run a bath and couldn't get the water hot enough to wash my hair, i did report this, and it was rectified that night.

Good location with great staff...
Liked: Staff were lovely Lots of parking Great size room (superior suite) Good tea / coffee / fridge facilities Quiet room
Disliked: Bathroom- looked very tired and dated with a basic shower. Expected more from a superior room Hard bed and pillows. Had to swap the pillows around

Liked: The pool and spa was lovely.
Disliked: The beds in the standard double rooms are terrible,originally we where checked into room 215 you could feel the springs through the mattress after complaining we where moved to room 229 this bed was just as bad with the spring bulging out the side of the bed, my wife was getting stressed with the situation and didn't want to move again, so we stayed in this room and I endured one of the most uncomfortable nights of sleep in my life and that is no exaggeration. Complained to the manager Jack on checkout and he admitted this wasn't the first complaint he had had but the hotel had not done anything about it and Coukd refund me as I booked through Booking.com. Really poor for a 4* hotel. Shame on you Best Western.
