Liked: We needed a place to be due to home renovations. Fridge and stove in the room would be great for longer stay. Close to where I needed to be. Spacious room.
Disliked: No coffee maker!!!! We read the description and brought our own. Coffee at the front desk wLooked like tea. Front desk clerk appeared used to catering "specific" guests...she made a personal phone during check in. Not professional at all. I cleaned the room with clorox wipes and the room needed more attention. We used our own sheets and towels that we brought just in case.Very thin walls...you can hear people in their rooms in the hallway and our room. I am not a light sleeper but I was awakened a few times due to noise from neighboring rooms. This is a place for truckers and individuals who are just passing by, and not interested in comfort or cleanliness. Went to a different facility for the duration of our home renovation.

Liked: There are no breakfasts in this facility or rather no one offers it.
Disliked: For not cleaning and supplying towels for two weeks of stayed.

GARBAGE

Liked: Crystal failed to disclose that we would have to bring down our own towels. room were cleaned every 2 weeks. We were staying 2 nights. I told paula he could care less.We had to bring down our garbage. Clean linen we had to exchange and make our beds. No beds cots. No breakfast. Front Desk closed at night so tha we cant complain of the noise all night. NEVER AGAIN> WE TRAVEL # TIMES A YEAR to WPB. 1700 of us and word will get out. $512. on BOOKING.COM. Really.
Disliked: EVERYTHING, THE STAFF , THE GUYS ACROSS THE STREET COOKING AND SMOKING UP A STORM. NOISE ALL NIGHT $512 FOR WHAT.

Cockroaches in the rooms both...

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: They require you to use a code for the internet, which has to be renewed weekly. Then you have to go to the front desk to get a new code, but then they don’t have one. So you have to call a phone number, wait on hold for 20 minutes, and then they give you a new code. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the only one that does this with the internet. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Disliked: Looked like there were people living in their cars on the property. Also, very loud people in the halls late at night.
