Disability needs ignored. Management non-responsive....

Liked: The hotel was clean and well-appointed; however, as a severely disabled person, unable to walk at all, using a mobility device, my needs were ignored during my two month stay. I requested a room on the bottom floor, or at least near an elevator, and asked multiple times, but was left in a room far from the elevator that often made it difficult to get out and go anywhere. Worse, another guest, a very intoxicated woman, harassed me about my disability and physically threatened me, in front of staff who did nothing to stop it. The guest remained hostile toward me, making me feel so unsafe I requested a police escort when I moved out. It was all on camera, but management refused to look at it. I complained to the company’s HQ who did nothing but ban me from the property when I requested a refund. From my experience, this is not a safe place to stay.
Disliked: Management could have honored my request, as a disabled person, to be moved tp a more accessible room.Management could have taken the physical and verbal assaults against me seriously, as it was all on camera. Management could have given me a refund as I was left in a dangerous situation.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have any toothpaste also toothbrushes!!
