Liked: As far as i know there was no breakfast. Location was good -- near shopping and restaurants, very close to I-24. Beds were comfortable, facilities were clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was secure. Elevator worked well.
Disliked: We were situated next to a smoking room (thought the hotel was "100% smoke-free"). Additionally, guests in the adjoining room had two large dogs who barked excessively. We got almost no sleep the first night we were there, only a little more sleep the next night. Overall, my wife and daughter were afraid to leave the room in fear of encountering the dogs next door because they appeared aggressive and vicious, appeared so large as to be difficult to control. The hotel was unable to relocate us away from this adjoining room. Bathroom lighting was blinding and unable to be dimmed; in fact overall lighting was either too bright or too dark. One of the two beds was noisy, making a loud metallic banging sound when sat on or gotten up from. There was only one hook for clothes in the entire room, too few hangers, no tissues, no hair dryer, no iron and ironing board. We will never stay at this facility again.
