Liked: Did not realize they had a refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. That is definitely a plus but they don't have a coffee pot in the room
Disliked: They don't have a coffee pot in the room or any hand towels

Big mistake choosing this place

Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: Noise was unbearable with dogs barking , banging on the walls, yelling in the halls all during the night. The front desk person shrugged their shoulders and smirked when we complained to them at the front desk as if they were holding back laughter. Will never stay here again

Liked: We liked having a kitchen and the price was ok. Water was hot!
Disliked: We had really noisy upstairs neighbors fromthe moment we arrived around 7:30 PM until around 1 AM! We had multiple conversations with Brian the security, front desk personnel. He was very helpful in communicating with me and supposedly with the short term noisy neighbors! He was able to get a room for us on the first floor around 1:30 PM after mentioning a call to the local police! We made a payment to stay there and quiet hours begin at 10PM! That did not happen and should not happen because short term renters have uncontrollable children! We will not recommend or stay there again!!
