Bad experience and will never...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very generic. It wasn’t any different than a motel 6 except the Kitchen. However there wasn’t a coffee maker, no paper towels, only enough dishes and utensils to stay one night. The place doesn’t seem very old but is already showing signs of wear. The bed was the worst we have ever encountered in a hotel. It is not only uncomfortable it wobbled like crazy every time you move. We found it ridiculous that we were forced to pay a $150 deposit at check in. We also had a small dog so had to pay $65 for the 3 nights for dog rent. The upstairs neighbor could not settle. They stomped back and forth for hours all 3 nights. I asked the front desk for a different room which she claimed they didn’t have. She said she would talk to the person but if she did it didn’t do any good. Walls were thin and tvs loud all around us. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel. The Redmond Inn just down the street is old but a much better option if you’re looking in the area.

Not a hotel - moee...

Disliked: It’s not clearly advertised on the booking page, but this is also semi-permanent apartment complex. If you are looking for a hotel experience, this is not the place for you. People coming and going in the hallway and sounds from others rooms throughout the night. There was also a smoke detector in the hallway that beeped all night and I called the front desk and was told they’d send someone right away to fix it but they never did. In addition to the beeping, there was a loud drip (the sound of water hitting metal) in the bathroom and when I asked about it they said that “it does that when it rains, it should stop soon.” It rained all night so between the drip and the smoke detector I got no sleep 😣 if you choose to stay here: you’ve been warned!

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: We only had shampoo and soap. We had minimal blankets and when asked for more was offered one thin blanket. We requested hand towels and told that they did not have any.

Less than comfortable and unprofessional

Liked: Its location was nice and easy to get to. The property was hygienic for the most part.
Disliked: There was a terrible awful smell that the staff was clearly trying to cover up with air fresheners only making it worse. The smell was there the entire 2 weeks of my stay. The beds are super uncomfortable and the bed frames are so light weight that the bed slides all over. It was advertised as free internet but it’s free for unsecured internet. Must pay 6 dollars for secure. No linen service except if you add 3 dollars a day to you stay for clean towels. Did not meet our standards, tried to end our stay with the policy of woodsprings is we would forfeit the cost of one night stay. It was denied thru our 3rd party. At which point we could not get a reply from the hotel or Booking.com and haven’t to this day. Very disappointed. There was clearly upper management there diluting my stay and no one replied to the multiple emails we sent.
