Overall being it's the south...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. I was hoping to stay longer bummer
Disliked: Roaches shower head sucked. Wifi never worked. I got unpleasant face when I would walk by I was just happy to get out of there. Elevator didn't work. No housekeeping so lol I did it all

Liked: Additionally when we got there I truly believed I arrived at the wrong location (looked like and apt complex)The parking lot was gated and needed a key to of course park the vehicle. When I walked in I noticed that the hotel was secured and check in desk had a pull down metal protector. There was no real lobby the smell wasn’t pleasant. The lady in the front desk was really nice walked me to my room however the hotel seems run down didn’t realize I booked the room on the wrong side of town walls are thin you can hear everything. AC unit kept waking me up do to it making a loud noise anytime it turned off or on. Room was not comfy everything in there is out dated there rooms weren’t clean toilet was nasty not sure if it was rust or what inside the toilet beds are metal framed very uncomfortable.

Liked: The room was decent, semi clean.The location was near family, which is why it was chosen.
Disliked: No hand towels to dry hands. Pillows were flat, requested additional, denied, limited 2 per room.. Small roaches.A lot of sketchie people were there, and the smell of weed was present.Website noted pet friendly but no fee, but when we arrived, we were charged $50, which was disappointing.

If you need to sleep...

Liked: Customer service was amazing, and I didn't have any problems with that. The front desk lady was very nice and would check up on vehicles and would be walking the floors in case we needed anything.
Disliked: The building is dated, doors don't close properly, and the elevator makes lots of noises going through different floors. The rooms smelled strong of cigarette odor, even though they were non-smoking.
