Disliked: The amenities that are advertised for this hotel are not available the insides of the room look nothing like the pictures that they have online the washing machine area doesn't work and then they tell you that you have to contact someone else they have had my family kicked out of the hotel because my disabled son had a seizure and peed himself I clean their mattress myself I took the sheets and blankets down to have them exchange them and they want to charge me almost $200 for for damaged linen now if you accept children and animals you would expect that someone may have an accident there is no way you should be charged for brand new linens when all they had to do was wash them I offered to wash them myself and if they did not come clean the way he liked then he could charge me he refused that option and call the police and said that we were being a disturbance I have stayed at multiple hotels all over and I have never once been charged extra for PP blankets and sheets.... Not to mention we've been here two weeks no one has come in to clean the room at all even at my request you have to supply your own toilet paper your own soap every other day the room key resets where you're stuck outside and you have to wait for someone to come and let you in even though you've paid now I've paid over $400 to stay per week this would have been my third week. Now charging me for the one night because this was beginning of a new week Stay our third week that would have been understandable that would have been a legitimate charge but only wanting to return a little less than half of my money is unacceptable and then they're rude and then they deactivate the keys as I'm attempting to move out which is before the 11:00 hour to where live oak PD has to tell them that it makes no sense to deactivate the card if you want the people gone
