Disliked: The floor was dirty and sticky, there was food in the A/C vent, and sticky stuff on the counter

Liked: I liked the kitchen and laundry room.
Disliked: I had roaches come out while I was cooking! I understand roaches can breed fast so I'm not judging.Just hope they get bait for them .The bathroom light was motion censored so it kept going out while in the bathtub.

Simple clean location with good...

Liked: Good location to where I was going (kalahari resort) Parking was good. Food nearby was good (though I did not eat there as I am low carb.. Waffle House is very NOT low carb.
Disliked: Hoped for 1st floor but was not available There was a police interaction with one of the guests, this is NOT a problem of the hotel but at this price range it is more likely especially at a long stay hotel.

Liked: It has an apartment type feel. Has a large refrigerator, and has a two burner stove top. Comfortable beds with adequate pillows. Would stay again.
Disliked: Wish I was able to make coffee in the room, they do have coffee in the lobby

Disliked: Stayed there for about 3 straight months they would only clean your room once every 3 weeks. The first floor had too many cockroches, and I had a big problem extending my week evertime even when I advised the front desk, I was staying there for about 6 months and had to go another hotel since I was always having trouble getting my week extended.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable the lack of parking
