We enjoyed our stay!
Liked: Nice cozy apartment style rooms. Great location to a variety of restaurants & shopping.
Disliked: For the price a continental breakfast would be great! Other than this our stay here was okay!

Disliked: Well the staff was great and the people that lived there was good but my First room was on the second I had to be moved from there because someone tried to open the door or not on the door and then the smell of mow the field of mode everywhere you can fill it in the air it was dampened in the floor the entire second floor was literally filled with conversation in the air And the cleaning was so vigorous. I had to go out and buy products to clean each room that I stayed in it was just that nasty the floor carpet look like it's never been cleaned

Liked: Location was good, felt safe, and close to some shopping malls.
Disliked: Came down everyday for over 10days to ask why our room was not cleaned and heard excuses everytime.We were Overcharged twice, and the GM was to busy to call us or refund it even though we asked for her almost everyday. Eventually refunded the second overcharge but the first is still not refunded. There were other things we conveyed to the front desk, I hope they listen to feed back and fix them. The system in place seems not to have customers as the focus. And what happens after having a bad experience? you will see an apology from the 'busy' GM, hoping to see you next time because they will 'improve'.
