Liked: It was really really bad experience even i just booked from booking.com I didn’t know it was like that the bad smile was insane it was horrible please if you wana spend money spend a little more but good please rooms were horrible unclean I don’t even want to talk about it this is just a helpful reminder for you to spend a little more money but good place

Disliked: The bug infestation, the lack of staff or ability to contact the staff or maintenance. There is nobody to have followed up with my report and refund due to the extremely negligent service and cleanliness of this building. It’s not only repulsive as a guest, it’s unhealthy to long term tenants who may be staying here.

HORRIBLE Avoid

Disliked: online they said they accepted pets, even sent a special request and they said both problem and no extra charge. 1st night was ok, came back from work 2nd night and had a notice on our door they would be doing construction on our room tomorrow morning. WTF we paid for a full day of room use, and no time was given. So at 7am my employees were awakened by men that just came in the room. So my employees went to the desk and that person said you can't get another room until the manager comes in at 9am. oh and you shouldn't have a cat in here. so the manager gets there, says no more rooms, and the cat cant stay anyway. I had to go thru my emails to find screen shots of the conversation about pets and they said it wasn't them, it was a 3rd party. So I told my employees to just check out and I found them a nice Red Roof Inn that had no charge for pets, very affordable and staff was very nice. I'll be disputing this charge with my credit card company. This hotel is a wreck and management and employees are a wreck. There were also a couple of strange people in their hallway the first day, a girl crying on the floor in her own vomit with guy yelling at her from inside a room. Weird. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Disliked: it took 3 rooms before we had a room that worked. the first room was dirty with food on the counter and someone's clothes, the second one the TV and remote didn't work but the third one was good.
