Horrible

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Staff is rude. Place is not welcoming. Did not let the people who were accompanying me get there stuff out. Tried getting it back and they said they had to find it and would call back. Still haven’t called and almost 100% sure they threw it away.

Clean and convenient for a...

Liked: Very clean, staff were friendly and the gym was nice and convenient. I really appreciated having clean towels available in the gym too.
Disliked: Very little sound proofing between the walls. It could be very easy to hear neighbors especially ones with screaming toddlers.

Disappointing

Liked: location and the on site gym is excellent
Disliked: It smelled a little funky in the halls. Have a better designated area for smoking other than the entrance.

Never going back

Disliked: Was not clean. Hallways and room had a musty smell. We were on the second floor and people directly above us were noisy until 1am; running and stomping on the floors. My husband and I called the front desk twice and noise issues were not resolved. We had asked to me moved and our request was denied. We wanted to leave and demanded a refund and told that it cannot happen.

Not worth it. Find another...

Liked: The receptionist who greeted us. She was nice!
Disliked: The place was just DIRTY. Pillows looked and smelled like someone had slept on it the night before. The bath tub and sink had hair in it. The floors were just unswept.

Pleasant

Liked: Bed, shower
Disliked: Need better Bed pillows, need an iron for clothes.
