Liked: We first tried to cancel when it said “free cancellation” so we called and they said we couldn’t. Then we get there and they didn’t even have our reservation in but they took our money. The front desk lady had her puppy and was distracted by that. She then went to the room to “check to make sure it was clean”. We went to the room and it was the wrong room we paid for so we just left. Definitely would not go there. I’d recommend the holiday inn just north of this place.

Liked: Easy access from interstate
Disliked: Check in wait times. No one at desk. Bare necessities. No ice maker, no coffee pot in room, no breakfasts. Absolutely no extras. One bar of soap to share between bathroom sink/shower. Odor in room. No cookware, dishes etc. makes no sense for an extended stay hotel. Not even a small bottle of dishsoap, dishrag or dish towel. Wild.

Great for single safe adults

Liked: It has a huge fridge and microwave. Very decent size. Great ac beds were comfortable! All the main points were overall good quality.
Disliked: The staff told us to break the rules and didn’t understand how to complete the prepaid check in policy. No explanation of where my room was and told me my room number…. Not safe when traveling with kids… The beds were moveable. Every time you moved the bed moved. It was on a metal frame that scooted all over the floor!!! Literally if someone rolled over in bed… it was like a thunderstorm. There was one little bar of soap and an even littler bottle of bodywash shampoo mixture.. I mean I did bring my own but still.. that’s not to mention that the when you look out the window there were police everywhere and men hanging out in the parking lot!
