Disliked: Tv didn’t work, shower leaked onto the floor, roaches on pillows when I first walked into the room…

Disliked: The desk is only open until 11p.

Serious lack of concern for...

Liked: As a wheelchair user, I was delighted when the hotel messaged me and assured me that I would have an accessible room. And while I did, in fact, have an accessible room, that's where my delight ended.
Disliked: The shower bench mounted in the phone booth sized roll-in shower was falling off the wall when we arrived. We could not use it without becoming seriously injured. We notified management and they came into the room to assess but did not fix it for us, even though we were there for a week. Lucky for me, I travel with my own shower chair, or I would not have been able to shower at all during my stay.Also, we were in Florida during Hurricane Helene. We wanted to check out early but were told that it was against policy for the hotel to issue any refund for early checkout. I do not appreciate the repeated lack of concern for my safety.I would also be remiss if I did not mention that there are several security doors to enter the hotel and that staff is not available 24 hours. They pull a metal security shutter over the check in/out desk and roll out for the evening. They also do not respond to repeated requests for trash bags or other things someone might need during a week-long stay.We also arrived to find a notice taped to our door about management performing some sort of monthly pet check. I feel like the people who run this hotel really should know which rooms are empty, and should remove notices once the checks have been done.

Liked: It had easy road access to most tourist attraction (sea world, universal, discovery, icon park e.t.c)

Liked: The location was good and the only bad thing is was roaches was crawling around everywhere and everything
Disliked: The critters crawling in a room
