Horrible.

Liked: The facility was very clean, but staff checked me in for a room that was not on my reservation. I reserved a king I was charged and placed into a queen. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were not pillows. They just were flat on the bed, I had to go buy my own pillows, I brought this attention to the front desk. They was oblivious to what I would say. I don’t see myself staying here again.
Disliked: Give a person their room that they reserved and if not, give them have the decency to let them know that they’re being checked into a room other than what they was reserved for
