Liked: Great location and service, but needs improvement in several areasThe hotel’s location is excellent, close to Winter Garden, with easy access and free parking. The service was also a highlight: the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Another positive aspect was having a refrigerator, stove, and microwave in the room, which is very convenient for preparing.
Disliked: There were significant downsides. The lack of breakfast was a big disappointment for me, as I consider it essential during a stay. Additionally, the experience in the room left much to be desired: the bed linens seemed very old, the floor was noticeably dirty and felt greasy, and the smell indicated insufficient cleaning. The bathroom was also extremely small, which affected comfort.

Liked: The room was spacious and had a kitchenette.
Disliked: The room was clean but the floor was sticky. It was not dirty just sticky. The bathroom needs some holders, towels were provided but just for two person. We had a party of four. I know this probably most problems of the hotels, smoking the weed. We felt smell in the room and outside. It was horrible.

Liked: My husband and I were driving through some states and stopped by chance. We liked everything, the staff's attention, the comfortable clean room.
