Disappointing

Disliked: I used booking.com for the 11-09-2024 - 11-10-24 reservstion for 2 rooms. I had to cancel the booking and did that successfully on 11-07-2024; however, the property charged me charged me $99 for cancelling and $112x4 for rooms I did not use. So I get charged on 11-08-2024 for rooms I cancelled on 11-07-2024 (???) I was told by the front desk staff to call back the next day to get this straight. I feel like bothering them for my $500 that was taken from me.

we did not stay.

Liked: This was apparently a half way house rental , we did not stay we turned in our keys after we checked it out was affraid to stay drugs in parking lot going on too many people just living and hanging arround outside.
Disliked: Non safe atmosphere.
