Liked: That it was close to Walmart and dollar tree, the 4th floor always smelled like pumpkin candles and food. The shower was clean when I got there. The refrigerator kept things so cool. The front desk people were nice. I also saw some cute deer nearby and a cute little kitty
Disliked: The elevator always smelt like dog and was musty. The key cards were not fully working. One of the side doors to the hotel never worked with my key cards. The stove in my room you couldn’t tell which one was low and high ,everytime I twisted it to low it would get higher. There were dead bugs by the window. The bed was too high up it wasn’t a regular hotel bed. The wifi wasn’t that bad it was just that you could only connect one or two devices and if you wanted better internet you had to pay for it. I didn’t mind the people outside they just were smoking.

Liked: Very clean Very friendly staffVery helpful I checked in July 5th and left September 26th I stayed in Madison Tennessee and had a view of a mountain top from my bed and I was raised in San Antonio Texas so I kept my blinds open and thoroughly enjoyed the viewI am disabled and staff was always helpful Would recommend to anyone

Disliked: They keep the front desk closed at all times (lazy)Asked for new sheets and towels , they refused to give us any cause “after 4 pm is considered after hours”There are prostitues and homeless people on both sides of the hotel , inside and out Just walking around in our room are socks and clothes were covered in dog hair . A LOT!! Nasty!The black lady in the front is rude and will not do anything that involves work. We called the day before prior to check in and she lied and told us they don’t have any rooms available and honestly I knew that was a lie so we booked online anyway and they had 7 rooms available.Please select a different hotel if you’re deciding on WoodSprings

Liked: The staff member named Charlie was super sweet and really funny. He definitely is the only reason this place is good.
Disliked: I booked a Queen room with a sofa bed for 4. When I arrived in the room, there was no sofa bed. I contacted the staff member and there is no other room for me and my friends to stay. I even asked for just another room to split us up, but there was no other option. We all have to sleep on one bed.
