Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: We were without water for over a week. In response to that management pLeft a not on everyone's door that said they would comp a week for the inconvenience. When it came time for them to honor it, they didn't. It took them 3 days and the threat of a lawsuit for them to finally "honor" it. And their version of honoring it was c9mping 5 days vs the 7 that they themselves said that they would. On top of that, there was no cable/internet for close to 3 weeks. There were also a ton of hidden fees. They made me double pay the pet fee. I got hit with house keeping fees when we never had house keeping the month that we were there. The hotel itself was located in the ghetto, and the other tenants were a mix of drug dealers and prostitutes. I watched a guy get robbed at gun point for his car from my room windows. Do not ever stay here.

ROACH INFESTATION, DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER,...

Liked: DO NOT BOOK HERE!! ROACH INFESTATION, DOORS DO NOT CLOSE, SMELL OF SMOKE EVERYWHERE. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I had to cancel the second night because when I woke up there were roaches everywhere, on the walls, in the bathroom, all over the floor. I woke up extremely itchy and covered in bug bites. The front desk has 2 extremely incompetent people working that have no idea of anything and didn’t know how to work a computer. I checked in around midnight and they didn’t even have my room ready. When I got there I had noticed that the door would not close and noticed 1 bug. The front desk was nowhere to be found and wouldn’t answer the phone to inform them about the situation. By this time it was about 1am and I decided to stay in the room for the night. When I woke up that morning it was an infestation of roaches. Dirtiest, nastiest hotel needs to be put out of business. Nothing about this was good. There was a homeless man sitting in the lobby as well.

Disliked: lights didn’t work in my first room but the staff was respectful and responsive and got me a new room right away

Disliked: The property went without water for a good 24-48 hours of my stay and i could not take a shower. It was really stuffy in my room and the people there are constantly loud

Disliked: The guest were Smoking in the lobby. We got there after 4 and the office was closed. But I could here staff conversating behind the desk. So i know they heard me asking other guests for help on how to check in. When I notice the front desk close. I walk out to use the phone to call for help that was instructed on the wall. But the phone was broke. I turn around to see two people at the front desk. I ask what was going on. They told me they close at 4 and that there system was down. No wifi or cable was available. So they was nice enough to cancel reservation.
