Liked: It was a good value for Naples, Fl. The location is ideal because you are close to everything. The air conditioning smelled weird.
Disliked: Transient and the parking lot has people just sitting around smoking.

Liked: The worst experience
Disliked: No managers, people at the front desk who don't know what to do, dirty, terrible. In fact, I didn't end up staying there because after telling me that I had my Crystal room, when I arrived the other staff had already given it away and didn't even look for a solution.
