Horrible!! Never again!!

Liked: I stay at this place every week. I have noticed over the past two months a steep downgrade in the accommodations. No remote for TV, no blanket,nonworking microwave, no soap. This past week left for work at 0630 returned to room at 4 o’clock. No signal on TV. Called front desk, sorry our maintenance person is gone and so is my manager. No I’m not packing all my stuff up to move down the hall!! No watching the Duke game that night!! Will not be returning there again!! Don’t advertise what your amenities are if you can’t even provide the basics!!

Liked: the front desk staff was rude, 0 amenities in the kitchettes.Which was why we stayed there. This hotel also doesn't have ice on property at all. The rooms smell and the pillows were paper thin. Just not what I expected for the price.

Disliked: Iron was not available until office hours, which make my customer visit quite unconfortable.No frontdesk is available, I wasnt aware

It was doable, but I...

Liked: I found the room itself to be clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. The price was very reasonable at a little over $200 bucks for two nights.
Disliked: The hotel advertises a kitchenette, and while it’s a convenient amenity, you would expect the very basics of utensils, glasses, and dishes. No coffee maker, no dish soap, nothing.The bathroom was clean but had no hair dryer, soaps, etc. Only two bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Exchange of towels only at the front desk after returning the those that were used and soiled. There was NO housekeeping services and told it’s offered every two weeks. No luggage stand but furnished two aluminum and vinyl chairs. A room safe would have been nice amenity also. The strong odor of smoking marijuana and pungent cooking permeated throughout the halls, corridors, and room vents. The hotel clearly housed long term, extended stay occupants. No 24 hour front desk service which closed down about 8:00 pm. On our first night, the satellite TV went out for the entire hotel at about 11:00 pm until late morning. If traveling on a budget it’s ok, but absolutely no frills!

Disappointing

Disliked: I really don’t like to complain but this has been a consistency that needs to be addressed. I stay there pretty much every week for one or two nights and always request the 2nd floor facing the back not the road. On multiple occasions I have talked with someone directly at the hotel and have been informed of my request but when I check in I’m anywhere but! The reason I request 2nd floor is because on a couple occasions either someone has stopped the one and only elevator or it was being serviced which I doubt at 0630 in the morning. I’ve had to walk a cooler, 2 bags and personal bag down the stairs no bueno!! The road side is extremely noisy hence I like the back side. I will be staying there next so I really hope I don’t have to address this again!Thank you Deb Marcinko

Good

Liked: I like the hard surface floors in the rooms. I like the full size refrigerator, and the cook top. I like that they have live tv as well as streaming capabilities.
Disliked: I don't like the linen exchange program, I don't like hearing other guests stomping above my head at 4:00 in the morning. I don't like having to take trash to the dumpster.
