Good

Liked: Very clean and the employees were friendly.
Disliked: No hair dryer or iron in the room. Stayed on third floor and had to go to lobby for coffee

First impression

Liked: Everything was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly considering it was our first time being guests in their hotel, The lady sitting at the front desk laughing at us while we were familiarizing ourselves with the hotel. Not a good first impression.
