Disliked: Paid too much to be walking up the stairs several times a day with our luggage and other things.THE DAMN ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK!!, MY ROOM HAD NO IRON,AND I RESERVED A ROOM WITH A SOFA BED AND I DIDN'T GET THAT EITHER 😭😞.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Disliked: I needed Ethernet access for my job. I was told this particular location offered ethernet access, but it did not work and no one on the staff knew how to or who refer me to for assistance. I was not happy about that because I lost days of work.

Disliked: The rooms were outdated definitely not what I expected, this was more like an extended stay type facility, I expected better accommodations, the bed was an old metal frame, there chair in the room was old and peeling and outdated, furniture was scratched, elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down the stairs, when I asked about it I was told management already was aware, please don't go by the photos on the booking website they are very misleading, as far as value for the money definitely not close.

Liked: Location and customer service was good.
Disliked: The hotel was not as clean as expected, furniture (recliner) in room was torn/should be thrown away., kitchen area was old, but, clean., lots of noise in the hotel. Apparently, the hotel has rentals/extended stay people, that were able to cook in their rooms that made the hotel smell throughout the hallways. Also, extended stay people, played loud music or loud tv, and, people pulling on the doorknob at night, kids running up and down the hallway. I felt very uneasy and was not able to sleep good at all. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
