Disliked: During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Unfortunately, there were no amenities provided, and the largest towel available was only a hand towel, which was inadequate for drying off. Additionally, I noticed the presence of mold, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, there were no hangers available for hanging clothes, and there was no ironing board or iron provided, making it challenging to prepare my attire for the day. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing visits I have ever had, especially considering the price I paid for the accommodation. I would appreciate your attention to these matters to improve future guest experiences.
