VERY NICE SITUATION

You get what you pay...

Liked: The kitchenette was adequate. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The noise insulation was poor. Cars in the parking lot and people in the hall were very easy to hear.

Liked: Friendly people I got dropped off one late night early Monday morning by Lyft driver but I couldn't get the room until later. They allow me to sit on the lobby until the boss came.
Disliked: There's no bus line right by it.

Disliked: No coffee maker or paper cups in the room, elevator smelled like marijuana badly and even on the floor when we walked to our room, Check in was okay front desk clerk not very friendly. Very small bath towels and 2 think washclothes. For the same price or a little more we could have stayed at another hotel next door that seemed really nice.

Liked: i had no complaints other than our first room had a stain on the comforter so the girl at the front dest immediately offered to change our room.

Horrible! Beds/bathroom dirty..too many men...

Disliked: Soap in wrapper in bathroom was used and put back in wrapper as if it was new..brown specks on linen on bed next to window…men hanging around outside property, made me VERY uncomfortable!!!!! Trash can in bathroom had tissue in it..made me think the room was barely, if cleaned at all. Checked in after 3pm and checked out after 7pm same day. Lady smoking right at front door as I went to check out. Asked for a partial refund if not a full one and before I could finish my sentence I was cut off by staff telling me no we don’t do that…I was cut off before I could explain why I was asking and before I could ask for another room…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NEVER stay here again and will be sure to let everyone that will listen know not to stay at this one or any sister chains!!!

Disliked: I understand that I can't expect much more given the price, but cleanliness is a basic expectation!! The trash bin is overflowing, and the rubbish has become moldy—seems like housekeeping missed this. There are large stains on both the bed sheets and towels. Facilities are also in poor condition, the bed appears to be falling apart.
