Liked: My money was taken from this facility I booked for two nights because I needed the room first thing in the morning and the check in says you can’t before 3pm so I booked two nights. I go to checkin they have marked me as a no show and will not fix it they stole my money! I paid for two nights and they took the money but didn’t allow me to get my room I had to pay a second time to use the room I had already paid for! If I paid for two nights that room should have been available for two nights

Liked: Everything was great except the comfort if the beds and the Temperature of the room.
Disliked: Beds are very firm a d coming in the Room was cold. Its Fall season now I would've liked it to be a little warmer. Plus there was no comforter on the bed so I couldn't get warm until the temperature of the room raised.

Liked: The location was great and the rooms was pretty clean
Disliked: There was no shampoo or hair dryer. I expected those since literally EVERY hotel I have stayed in recently--US & Europe--have those. Also, the front door is a fire hazard. There is a sign that you have to push the button while pushing on the door to exit the building. This is NOT easy! If someone were trying to get out of the building in a hurry, they would not be able to.
