Disappointing

Liked: Nice front desk
Disliked: Linen was dirty, usually it’s clean, there was a few roaches.

Absolute worst hotel stay ever!

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Staff were ghetto and rude. Facility was absolutely disgusting too. I would never and will never stay here again. They have roaches and other bugs as well. Also, in our room there was dirty towels and makeup leftover from the previous people that stayed in that room.

Bad

We did not stay.

Liked: Staff was helpful. Received a refund without any extra hassle. Just had to wait the next day for the manager to process it since there wasn’t one on duty when I went.
Disliked: Walked in my room, turned on the lights and immediately 2 roaches on the bed scattered. There were baby roaches climbing down the walls and on the stove. There werent true beds either. You get a 8in mattress on a metal bed riser.

Liked: It’s conveniently located right next to the major highways and any and everything that you could possibly want to eat
Disliked: I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so many Roaches. I kept my PlayStation 5 in my truck because I was afraid that Roaches would get in the system and I would carry them back to my house. I stayed here a total of 11 days after the first week I asked could or when would my room be cleaned and I was told that the rooms are clean every two weeks. I was told that I could exchange my linen and towels if I brought them up to the front desk but they wouldn’t be able to clean my room because they only cleaned them every two weeks. Maybe I should’ve checked out and checked back in but who’s to say that the new room would’ve had less roaches

Liked: Location was close to highway and many restaurants
Disliked: Roaches by the dozens in room and hall

Disliked: The rooms smelled bad roaches everywhere. People live there with their dogs. I mean dogs everywhere. Beds were hard and on metal frames high up queen beds were actually full sized beds
