Disappointing

Disliked: Our confirmed reservation for a smoking room was not honored. There is no ice machine on the premises. There was no kleenex in the room.

Disliked: No coffee maker in room

Liked: Noisy loud privileged, entitled loud, obtrusive,for 2 weekends straight, extremely,loud deep bass speaker from 6pm till 3am loud music then banging objects against wall, unacceptable, sleep deprivation,anxiety,stress, reported it several times, people like that should be put out, not justified,sugar coated, basically held accountable, and yes considering how long it was facilitated I feel a free days of stay is warranted and they should be put out?
Disliked: Tennenets allowed in 424 allowed to constantly distutb keep me up till 3amoud music for 2 weekends straight, they should be put out

It was a basic room...

Liked: It was clean and fine for a night. A bit noisy. Room was basic.
Disliked: Beds could have been more comfortable. Linens on bed were skimpy.

It was ok but didnt...

Liked: Location was fine. Place was clean.
Disliked: No extra pillows. No breakfast. Noisy at 5am and woke me up.Bed wasnt comfortable. Didnt know it was extended stay motel. Nobody up at front desk all night. Didnt feel safe.

Liked: Open bed frames, kitchenette
Disliked: Dogs and or kids romping in the room above us unsupervised until 11:30pm.
