Disliked: They charge extra for almost everything and they charge $10 a day for my Emotional Support Animal.

Disliked: Got out of shower and fell bruising my leg and hurting my neck and back

Liked: It was quite there.
Disliked: First I got there and I wasn't given the room that I reserved. Then the lights in my room didn't work. Then I requested to change rooms and they over booked us so I was forced to leave when on line there was another room that I could have gone into. The manager was rude and did not care. Over half of the washers and dryer didn't work and I couldn't log onto the wifi at all. This place use to be nice and the staff would bend over backwards for you. Now the staff there is rude and very disrespectful. I have told my company to not use this hotel for any of our travel nurses. Very disappointed

Liked: There was no breakfast and you could not even get a cup of coffee
Disliked: I feel it was a rent by the week. People live there it's not stay for business trip or weekend stay. I asked for more towels and was told I needed to return after 330 bring my dirt towels back then.

Disliked: Very nasty very noisy dog urine in the hallway and smelled like animals
