Disliked: Registration was very inefficient. Can only process one guest at a time. Had to wait almost 1 hour for the clerk to start my registration and then 20 minutes to complete.

Disliked: I was put out of my hotel by the manager Floyd very unprofessional customer service skills.Only was trying to pay for my room,but he stated I was rude too his personal friend that worked the front desk.So I was told I had 30 minutes to leave the property

Liked: I liked that there was a whole refrigerator and there was so much space!
Disliked: I didn’t that everyone had to give their IDs but everything else was perfect

Bad

Liked: Was located near the activity I was attending. Other people staying their were nice. Room was nice size and met my needs.
Disliked: Floor was dirty and sticky. I was missing pillow cases and no one on-site to correct the issues. I clean the floor myself after showering with the wet towel. I didn't have a pillow to sleep with. I was told by on-call that I would have to talk to the manager in the morning at 11am.
