We DID NOT stay

Liked: Kelly the front desk clerk was exceptional in her efforts to accommodate us
Disliked: The original check in room 413 was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty and had hair in 3 different spots. Kelly tried another room 419 but the sheets and floor were also dirtyHer last room she tried 409 (I think), had a bag of peroxide, toothpaste and other items sitting on the bathroom vanity.All of these rooms were marked clean in the hotels system

Disliked: Terrible experience, elevator was broken, key cards didn’t work. I had to climb 4 flights of stairs over 6 times bc I had to keeping getting different key cards. Eventually the hotel employee had to come up with me after the 5th time to use her personal key card to open the room door. The room looked like an apartment that a crack head would live in. The couch was missing, the bed also had some one else’s hair in it and I know it wasn’t mine bc me and my partner hadn’t even get in the bed yet. All around terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Disappointing

Disliked: My room was on 1st floor and window didn't lock had to stick a stcik in it and it also smelled like smoke and people just hanging out and walking around

Awful!!!!!! The front desk staff...

Liked: The staff was very friendly!
Disliked: Our sheets were dirty, they had body fluids from intercourse including pubic hairs. Also other trash in the bed as well. Front desk did come to witness this also!!!

The place needs a complete...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Rooms were disgusting.

Our stay was short. Enough...

Liked: Nothing. We literally waited 25 minutes to check into the hotel, we got to our room put our things down and picked them right back up and checked out. Horrible conditions
Disliked: The room was unfinished being “remodeled “ as we were told upon going back to the front desk. There were holes in the wall, and ceiling was bubbling up in places. The beds we basic metal frame beds, with thin mattress foam like material. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days if not longer. We were traveling with a 2 year old and refused to even let him step foot on the floor.
