Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, location was good. Plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. Mainly how secure the hotel was , didn't just let anyone into the building.
Disliked: Didn't have a hair dryer in the room . Not enough pillows.

Disliked: No one on staff all the time The rooms was kinda dirty and the bathroom Coffee and cups weren’t always stocked and available even in the morning.

Met all our requirements for...

Liked: Staff was friendly and informative when asked for suggestions. The rooms were very clean as well as the facilities itself. Also very secure. Average 15-20 minutes to downtown and UT campus.
Disliked: Stayed there for price because of UT football game. It is more suited for long-term stay. Not as much in room amenities. Ie coffee maker (was available downstairs) or hair dryer (available at front desk). Wouldn't stop me from staying again though. It did have full kitchen, ie microwave, full size refrigerator and 2 burner cook top. You would need to bring plates, pots and pans exctra.

Halls smelled awful

Liked: Big rooms. Good location
Disliked: They advertise as a normal hotel but they do the housekeeping EVERY TWO weeks, don’t pick up your garbage or clean your toilet. I found out they were a “log extended hotel” till I arrived and they told me it meant they didn’t do any housekeeping. The hall leading to our room smelled awful. The elevator was always dirty, coffee spilled on the floor. Thin walls you can hear all the other guests.Wouldn’t recommend at all

Liked: I liked the room layout. The staff was super nice and helpful
Disliked: There are alot of people who are there extended stays and they are loitering by the entrance/exits. Alot of them are partying in the parking lot with alcohol, loud music and Marijuana. I felt alittle unsafe going in and out of the building.

Liked: The whole experience was great! Staff was friendly and building is very secure with a great location to make it wherever you need in a timely manner!
Disliked: We did not have any complaints at all! Would highly recommend this hotel!
