Disliked: A suite with no ice, no silverware, no pots or pans, no toaster, no coffee machine, no cleaning service in three days I was there. When I left this morning there were beer bottles broken in the parking lot, dog poop near my car door, and just a questionable security in the parking lot.

Disliked: A Resident had pets, dog that barked every time We went in or out of our room. Arrived after midnight, there was no tissue in bathroom, had to go downstairs to retrieve a roll.Had to request maid service the next morning.

Disliked: No staff at desk when we checked in had to call to check in and when we left no one was at the desk when we left but other than that the stay was good

Liked: Had surgery at the mayo clinic. Was only 11 minutes away. They offer discounts to mayo patients. Didn't know that til after we checked in. Kinda cool for my next visit. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Bring your own pillows. For the price it was just fine.
Disliked: Musky smell dirty carpet in the halls. Not the most favorable people hanging out front. Im a big dude, i probably wouldn't like my wife staying there by herself. Elevator doesnt work. All bags go up stairs. Not a bad place just don't expect a Hilton. More of a rent by the week apartment.
