My stay was not good...

Very good

Liked: Full size fridge is a plus, plenty of storage, staff is nice
Disliked: being charged for keys that did not work after hours my stay was paid for could not be told why the keys did not work, also some guests have dogs who occasionally pee in the stairs and the owners don't clean up after their pets.

Manager is extremely rude

Disliked: The staff member, the manager , the woman/man one. She is ghetto, rude and the way she speaks to guest is outrageous. She tried to fight a guest and had the other guest who she stands outside smoking substances with trying to fight the guest as well.

Disliked: I didn’t like that this hotel doesn’t have complimentary food and drinks no coffee for guest. No handicap button on outside door for people with disabilities that can’t pull the door open.

Liked: I called the front office and the lady would not give clean sheets. She would not do anything she there was bedbugs in the room. I took pictures of it. She would not help in any way shape or form. She told us to leave if we didn’t like it. I have videos I have recordings. I have everything she told me I was a stupid Alcohol drug addict. I’m here on. I have a business and I’m here for business not luxury so I expect my money back. She wouldn’t even let me check out. She wouldn’t do nothing so I need help. Liked: The price was excellent
Disliked: A suite with no ice, no silverware, no pots or pans, no toaster, no coffee machine, no cleaning service in three days I was there. When I left this morning there were beer bottles broken in the parking lot, dog poop near my car door, and just a questionable security in the parking lot.

Disliked: Thay did not have room, could't stay.

Overall, my stay was good.

Liked: This question in regards to breakfast is Not applicable, previously breakfast was available but not this time
Disliked: A Resident had pets, dog that barked every time We went in or out of our room. Arrived after midnight, there was no tissue in bathroom, had to go downstairs to retrieve a roll.Had to request maid service the next morning.
