Roaches

Liked: Roaches, upon roaches, upon roaches. No refund given, Roach infested and loud. Constantly heard kids screaming and crying whilst running around all night long. Avoid at all costs, trust me.

Disliked: Couldn't exchange towels and certain amenities were lacking such as an ice machine

Disliked: Upon my arrival there was female undergarments laying in the hallway to my room 227. The following day there was some type or screaming match amongst the maids.There was dirt on my sheets, not just a small place. My room was never cleaned and when I called the front desk for toilet paper they said we are closed.I could not keep myself there so the last night I just leftThis is just concernsThank you

Liked: Room was adequate size for me and my son, and the refrigerator, microwave and AC in our room worked great.
Disliked: The staffing situation seems to be more of an on-call service than a dedicated FT hotel staff. When I arrived just before 9 PM, the front desk was closed and I had to make a phone call to let them know I was there to check in. The following morning when I needed to replace the towels for our room, I called the front desk again to find out they would not be open until 11 AM and that they would be closing before I was going to return. I had to wait two days to get clean towels for our room and the ones that were in the room when I checked in did not appear to be clean as there were several stains on all of them. Not only that, they did not provide hand towels, only two washcloths and two bath towels and a bathmat. They also offer minimal toiletries. The only item in our bathroom was a bar of soap. There were also two smaller than standard size pillows on the bed with no others anywhere else in the room, and no additional blankets either.

Pot hotel

Liked: Staff and other customers were very friendly. Room was clean. My first night was terrible with the revolving door of party goers next door all night long! When I called the front desk the lady who answered was so rude, cutting me off and said she would take care of it but did nothing. When I called back after an hour she said she didn't hear anything!! The next day I spoke to Bianca who was very helpful and put people in their place when needed. She quickly offered me a different room. I was much happier with these neighbors. It was so nice to get some sleep!
Disliked: A/C unit didn't regulate temperature. The TV didn't work until it was fixed the next day. Kitchen consisted of two each of; plates, bowel, glasses, knife, forks and spoons. It had one VERY VERY small pot and skillet (fits one slice of bread), spatula and spoon. There was no soap of any kind, wash cloth, kitchen towels or a drain board. Remember to bring all your own toiletries including a hair dryer. I remember why I no longer live in an apartment! People can be so inconsiderate with the noise and door slamming. I know pot is legal but it should not be smoked inside. From first thing in the morning to all night, that is the smell of the entire place 🤢

Bad

Disliked: well it would have been nice if there had been someone there to check me in. After multiple phone calls and just being put on hold I had to find another hotel for the night. So ZERO good to say about this hotel.
