Liked: Inspite of having a reservation, there was not a room for us!!!! They organized another hotel far away from their location and we had to drive for about 30 miles in the opposite direction that we need.It was very frustrating and caused us costs and nerves. we hope somebody may pay us for the grate inconveniences and costs that happened to us.

I would stay again!

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The entrance, the halls and our room were clean. The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. I recommend this specific location for anyone needing a place to stay in Inverness.
Disliked: Not a thing.
