Disliked: Toilet in the room was broken. The guests left trash with smells of fish. Hallways were blocked with guests items.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The beds were cheap and like a camper bed. There was nothing in the room for making coffee or hot tea and no cups to take our meds. I was told to go to Walmart and buy what I needed. I was refused a refund even tho we had done but enter and drop our luggage just to discover it wasn't what we expected. Then to top it off, I went down to do some laundry in the night because I couldn't sleep, just to have the coin changer take my money but not give me change. I dryer my clothes over the heater in the room.

Very disappointed

Liked: The morning staff when I checked out was real nice individual. It’s the only thing I liked about the property.
Disliked: After driving from the Florida Keys nonstop, I was looking forward to a nice stay. The room was dirty smell like pure cigarettes, specially for a non-smoking room. It even had a machine inside to clean the air. Bedsheet were dirty along with no pillowcases. Not to mention the never-ending fighting the whole night kids crying extremely unpleasant. It’s not just a hotel. It’s a extended. Stay definitely not good if you’re looking to relax and have a nice sleep. To top everything off I went and use the bathroom at night and stepped on a tongue tack needle. That was pointing up next to the toilet. Not just missing work in the morning. I ran to urgent care just to make sure it was not infected. I stayed on other similar, same brand hotel before and never experience. This the only thing I could think it was different. This particular hotel was extended. Stay. Not sure probably different clientele no motivation for the crew and staff. To keep the place clean.
