Liked: Really clean, great location for what I needed.
Disliked: Bed was atrocious. Easily top 3 worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Springy and stiff, moved across the floor with even the slightest touch. Not even a coffee maker in the room? A master switch to control every outlet and other light switch?

Liked: Convenience to my Mom’s flooded residence from Hurricane Helene
Disliked: Room with grape juice on wall and by trashcan in room, dead water bug/roach under bed, Had to leave a day early due to MANDATORY EVACUATION of my Mom’s zone in Florida and asked if they could refund 1 night since we had to be out and was denied even though someone could have paid and stayed in that room for a night.

Paid over ,$600 to stay...

Liked: I loved the location & the space of the rooms...It was also nice to have a laundry room...I would definitely stay here again & would recommend to anyone looking for a very nice clean & reasonably priced stay we stayed a week...I will definately stay here again if back in the area...
Disliked: Just wished they had like a more comfortable chair or couch in the room it's just easier sometimes when your handicap...Other than that it was really nice!

Disappointing

Disliked: front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, wifi went out and she would answer the phone saying “wifi is out” then hang up on people. the beds are hard and the walls are thin, overall uncomfortable.
