They need to do better...

Liked: No breakfast at this location. If they did serve breakfast I would not eat the food the hotel is infested with roaches.
Disliked: The room was infested with roaches I reported it to the front desk and the employee looked at me like oh well. I went and purchased Raid and other items to try and get rid of bugs. I slept with the lights on my whole stay which was uncomfortable trying to rest with lights on. I would have left property but they told me no refunds allowed. I asked for tissue and fresh towels I was told that guests usually bring there own tissue and they charged 3.51 cent laundry fee for fresh towels which I thought was strange. I never had to pay for towels or supply my own tissue at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Liked: It’s quiet and shopping centers/grocery stores weren’t to far.
Disliked: The elevator needed maintenance… of course it works. When you go up to the second floor it seems like it wants to shift out of place. The black lady up front with the pear body shape seemed to have an attitude when I was told to check out the rooms. I came back to tell her about both the rooms having issues. The construction they are doing at this time caused so much traffic.

Liked: Nothing it was horrible had roaches and the bed is unbearable right along with tube can’t take a decent bath!
Disliked: The staff the price was false advertising my stay was 80 instead on 66 like the website say and the water doesn’t get hot at all roaches and unclean beds is what they have!

Disliked: It had roaches !!!!! I was treated as a long term stay so I received no services. Had I known that ALL stays are treated like extended stays, I would NOT have stayed there. None of this was stated on Bookings.com. None of this was stated at check in

Disliked: Manager look dead at us and did not speak or greet several times. It smell in the hallways. Roaches are In there. Wifi doesn't work. I expected this to be like the other woodspring location and it wasn't. Their back door to rooms doesn't work you have to walk all the way to a functional door after getting put of your vehicle. Something told me to check my room door after I exited that is suppose to be locked and came right open after I tried door really wasn't locked. Locks where broke on the door.
