Zack the rude staff member

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: There was no iron in the room Inweny downstairs to request one staff member could not find it, so I was advised they would bring one up. After no luck getting an iron, I called back an hour later and was advised by new staff Zack that I needed to come downstairs to get the iron because he wasn't going to bring one up after being told they would!! So be advised, please ask an iron before you go to your room!
