Disliked: for starters when we arrived staff was nice went to our room it was dirty no shower curtain our room had cockroaches and there was pounding and stomping from upstairs our whole stay when we went to talk about these problems the short older lady that worked evening was so rude and ignorant we booked for three days and we o only went there to sleep cause the room was so unsanitary and the lady that we asked for towels tossed them and they almost fell on floor it was unacceptable the way she treated us and we tried to show her pictures of the roaches and she walked away. never were we unkind. our days we stayed were 24-25-26 and left on the 27th of Oct.

Liked: Clean rooms and having a kitchenette in our room and laundromat on site.
Disliked: The front desk staff, and along with the manager. The manager was completely rude. When in the middle of trying to book our room, she picked up a personal phone call and completely cut us off when we were talking to answer her phone call about her nail appointment And did not apologize for it. And then we called down and told the front desk that we would be extending our stay and they said OK. 15 minutes later when we went downstairs to pay for the room, we were told that they booked the room already behind our back. Then we looked down the app and saw that there are multiple rooms available. When asked about those rooms, the manager said they were completely taken. Then my cousin was in town and called and asked to book a room and she was told their multiple rooms available. But she end up canceling her room and again we asked the front desk manager if there any more rooms available due to cancellations and she said no, but it was a complete lie because she told my cousin over the phone that there were room available. We felt completely discriminated against and my husband burned himself on the coffee machine because the staff failed to clean it up. He got almost a second-degree burn. And I also mentioned to the staff that I am pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy and I cannot do a lot of lifting or movement and I need to be on bedrest that’s why we needed to extend our stay in that building because I can’t physically afford to keep moving around. There was no compassion or sympathy whatsoever. And there is one more thing… Every time we would leave our room to go to the vending machine, the parking lot, or the front desk. Random people were trying to solicit drugs to us and one of the drug dealers said that it’s completely fine. The staff knows about it.

Could have been better.

Liked: I didn't appreciate being charged $30 and not being told about it for exchanging towels and washcloths. I've been staying there quite a bit lately and my last day was the first time I was even told there was an extra $30 charge I never knew about. Plus the establishment I stayed at did not offer any breakfasts or anything.
Disliked: After being there for quite a while they finally cleaned a room after I requested multiple times but every two weeks. That's kind of and then they didn't even bother to clear clean the bathroom that is brought towels and mop the floor. Didn't check to see if I needed toilet paper for the bathroom. I had to go down and request it and when I was told at the desk they usually don't check that. I thought that was very strange I thought that was the whole part of cleaning the room to check what is needed.

Liked: The only thing I don't like we have to buy our bath towels,,the rest is ok
Disliked: There were people here staying that smelled very bad ,, the laundry room smelled so bad with them in there my clothes even smelt like them omg
