AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Liked: nothing, I didnt get a room
Disliked: They didn’t honor the reservation, they gave it to somebody else and didn’t bother me to tell me by call or text, they told me (and a group of angry customers) that we had to leave or else they will call the police

Disliked: This hotel isn't even worth one star. We arrived to Gainsville after a long drive to check in to Woodspring Suites for my fiance's graduation at Univ of Florida that evening. Upon giving my name and confirmation number, I was told there were no more available rooms, and we were on our own to find something else. I asked to speak to the manager, and when Amanda Myers came out, she was BEYOND rude and offered ZERO help. Before leaving, I asked to use the restroom, and was told it was locked and they lost the key.In a way, I am glad this hotel had no more rooms, because I would not feel comfortable staying here. Everything was dirty and run down.PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

Poor planning on our part...

Liked: Location is it.
Disliked: Place was absolutely filthy. Holes in the walls . Weed smoke coming from almost ever room and some of the hallway light fixtures were even leaking smoke too. Carpet and rubber trim in the bedrooms were peeling up or off the baseboards. Fridge had a bagel in the freezer and shower didn’t get more than lukewarm at 7am in the morning.

Disliked: When we arrived to check in, there were no rooms available. Even though we had made reservations. Front desk clerk was very rude.

I would give it zero...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I did not even stay the night. I checked in. Did not feel safe. And checked out five minutes later.

It’s a safe environment, good...

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Keycards deactivated frequently

Disliked: It was too hard to find
