Liked: There wasn’t really anything to like about this place.
Disliked: I didn’t like the front desk check in at all. Not friendly at all. I did no like that after a certain time I believe maybe 11:00 pm their is nobody up front and no one to assist you at all !!! Tried calling the number on the window and nothing !! I checked in around 10:00pm and didn’t have any hot water till the next day around 12 :00 noon. Had to take a cold shower that next morning because I had places to be that morning. The smell is really bad in the hotel.Mold around toilet , I had to go to office that afternoon 3 times to get a remote that worked. I travel to Fort Worth quite a bit and stay in hotels. This by far was the worst i ve ever stayed in. Sorry but not sorry. Very bad service.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Lady at front desk used my card and said their system was down so we couldn't stay. My card still got ran and I was charged $66 for only being there 30 minutes in the lobby. Super upset. I've called at least 20 times and cannot get through to talk to anyone in order to get a refund! Didn't stay the night or anything and was charged after the lady said she can't check us in.

Disliked: Everything about the place. It’s very outdated. Very dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Poor management. It stinks in the whole hotel! Very noisy!
