Liked: The price presented as a good value and pictures in booking.com made the rooms appear functional and clean.
Disliked: Well. Sometimes you get what you pay for. And this is one of those times. I read a no smoking policy and it certainly didnt apply to the floor we were on. The hallway certainly reeked of second hand smoke of both cigarettes and other things.
