Staff was rude, other hotel...

Liked: I liked that it had a full kitchen and a big shower.
Disliked: I didn’t like the staff, they were sort of rude. Also other guests were disruptive, as well as a threat to our safety. On Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 there was an altercation outside of our hotel room that escalated to the point where law enforcement was called which was alarming and made us feel unsafe.

Liked: This is my favorite place to stay in El Paso. The staff is wonderful, the GM is one of a kind (she's wonderful). The hotel is clean, comfortable and just a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. I extended my stay and to be honest, I'm taking my time finding a home I want because I have everything I need right here!! I recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for comfort, excellent staff and service, cleanliness, and a joy to be at. I won't stay at any other hotel because I'm treated so well that it's like coming home. The prices are excellent, and the amenities are really nice. Now they have a great kitchen area but you will have to bring your own kitchen necessities and that's not really a bad thing. The hotel is also secure and there are security cameras everywhere to make sure you stay safe. I just can't say enough about this "home away from home". You stay here, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. I love it 💕
Disliked: Well, that's easy to describe because I can do it in one word.....nothing!!

Good price if you only...

Liked: Conveniently located near I-10, with affordable laundry machines. The price is reasonable if you just need a roof over your head don't expect luxury!
Disliked: The hotel appears to cater to long-term residents, as they do not provide daily cleaning services. During our stay of five nights, the fire alarm went off at midnight on four occasions because someone chose to smoke in their room. Additionally, there are no blackout curtains, only standard blinds. The smell in the hallways was quite unpleasant.

Disliked: Very nasty smell as soon as you walk in to hotel, bathroom seat is painted over instead of replacing, refrigerator dirty inside and out.. there was nobody at the front desk when checking out , the metal partition was closed , called the front desk from phone in lobby ,nobody answered, seems like people checking just left their door cards on the counter because nobody at checkout counter at 9am when I checked out

Decent place for a night

Liked: Solid building. Didn't hear people walking around next to or above me. No carpet.
Disliked: Room faced Highway 10 and was loud. Single elevator for four stories.
