Terrible experience – Would not...

Disliked: I had a very negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room I reserved with two double beds was not available, and without prior notice, I was placed in a room with only one double bed. The manager refused to offer a refund, despite initially telling me I would receive one.Additionally, the room had a bad smell, and the hotel environment was unpleasant, with people smoking in the hallways. The place felt poorly maintained and unsafe. Due to all these issues, I chose to leave and did not use the facilities. I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: Every time I visit Miami I choose this location it’s very clean and quiet. Parking is great and the laundry facility is amazing. I love this for a stay over 5 days
