Disliked: I kept having issues with my keyboard trying to get in my room... Then the other room didn't have pillows and when I checked out my daughter left her Crocs and when I called the facility they acted like they never seen them

Liked: NOTHING! The front desk worker gave us the wrong key for our room THREE TIMES. we left very annoyed and asked for a refund. Also, there were creepy men in there following me and my friend.
Disliked: Horrible experience. Scary experience never again

Disliked: Blood stains all over floor, clearly never cleaned underneath the bed. Borderline upsetting and we were told that maybe management might help us w a free room or refund but nothing yet. Had to throw away a few things cuz they fell in blood overnight

Liked: Tbh nothing it’s was bas experience!
Disliked: The room key every time i leave and i back to the hotel not working! The hotel dirty! The elevator is dirty as well! The hallway to the room smells nasty ! I couldn’t handle the smell! At the end the customer service desk should be better!
