Liked: Nothing There was nobody at the front desk to check us in
Disliked: Everything. We left and stayed somewhere else.

Could have been better.

Liked: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were only 2 pillows. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for 1. This would have been ok, but there is No one at the desk after hours. From 6pm until 10am, there is no one to assist. We had to wait for an iron until 10 and check out was at 11. To make matters worse, the iron was not working. We left just as wrinkled as we arrived. Do better.

Liked: It was very comfortable, the room was nice and the price was appropriate. The room was good size
Disliked: They had no hand towels in the bathroom. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the lobby. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never not had coffee available. Also, we could hear the traffic from the freeway

Disliked: Not receiving enough towels. It was hard getting enough towels for the 3 people that stayed in the room. We were told that they would give us more but we never received them and when we went to the desk it was closed! We were told the desk closed at 9pm

Disliked: Was denied a room because it was after check in time. Unfriendly and no physical staff were present

Never stay there again

Disliked: Rude staff. No room service. You would have to pay a fee to get extra towels. You have to take out your own trash to the dumpster. Do not stay in these hotels.
