Disliked: There was no phone in the room and the bathroom did not flush properly

Disliked: Smelled of cigarette smoke. Was put in the smoking area without requesting it. Didn’t feel clean. Wasn’t as it was pictured on Booking.com

The worst experience I have...

Liked: BEWARE SCAM
Disliked: 10 minutes after check in and discovering black mold on my mattress they refused to refund me. Kept trying to say “they have new mattresses” which didn’t change the fact there was mold on the mattress. I stay in 25 hotels a year and this hotel is the definition of a scam and the worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Disliked: Fire alarm went off every day. Place reeked of drugs 24/7. Staff barged in while I was sleeping and demanded I leave the room to change the mattress. 1/10
