Disliked: Smelled of cigarette smoke. Was put in the smoking area without requesting it. Didn’t feel clean. Wasn’t as it was pictured on Booking.com

The worst experience I have...

Liked: BEWARE SCAM
Disliked: 10 minutes after check in and discovering black mold on my mattress they refused to refund me. Kept trying to say “they have new mattresses” which didn’t change the fact there was mold on the mattress. I stay in 25 hotels a year and this hotel is the definition of a scam and the worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Disliked: Fire alarm went off every day. Place reeked of drugs 24/7. Staff barged in while I was sleeping and demanded I leave the room to change the mattress. 1/10

Over all this place wasn't...

Liked: The rooms were above expectations, they didn't tell me that the room came with a kitchenette, a full size , refrigerator, and the staff were very friendly, and accommodating. I even had a little trouble w my credit card and the lady at the front desk helped me for two day's, to get it correct, she was friendly, and patient. They even comped me a room for the night before I left. Thank you VERY MUCH Woodsprings for everything !! I highly recommend this place to anybody. It's more like a family motel, and not just a business.....
Disliked: The bed's could have been more comfortable...The one I had sucked

Disliked: The overwhelming smell of weed! The weed smell was so bad we had to leave and find a new hotel! When asked if we can have a refund we were told rooms are non refundable! We had 3 rooms all were supposed to be on the same floor-- they were all on different floors-- key cards for 2 of our 3 rooms didn't work!
