I had a pleasant stay...

Liked: The front desk person was very friendly and great at his job.
Disliked: The property wasn’t super clean, but I didn’t expect perfection. I got a good nights sleep and felt safe so it provided what I needed to. I knew I wasn’t staying at a four star resort.

Never again

Liked: I liked the front desk lady and that’s it
Disliked: There was blood on my bathroom floor, people screaming all hours of the night, when we walked in a man had his private parts out. There was also a sticker on the back of the bathroom door that said time to get high and the hotel room had ants

Pleasant people, terrible rooms.

Liked: I liked how centralized it was from everything and in a very convenient place. Staff was super friendly and it was no hassle going to my room.
Disliked: Very dirty, stains on sheets, when I took my shoes off I felt trash stick to my feet, the bathroom didn’t look clean. The room had a very dirty feel to it.

This place isn't realiable.

Liked: Its close to the free way.
Disliked: HEADS UP, what seems to be going on here is they get reservations but will serve those who come first. Meaning they will call, if they don't get an answer they will go ahead and get money for your stay and justify it by saying “you didn't pick up”. This is how I lost my room, and then got someone else’s. This is a shady enough practice to avoid this place at all costs if you can. If the city is sold out everywhere like it was when I used it, then you better get there quickly! If for no other reason then just because this place just isn't reliable to what so ever. The property is worn down, they don't seem to clean the property daily at all, stains and debris on the carpet in the hall ways. Its an extended stay type place so its go normal wear and tear from people living there.

Exceptional

I didn’t stay!! Poor I...

Liked: Convenient to the locations
Disliked: The room 325 that I had put in for reserved had mold. It was very very very loud smell of mold. When I checked in the lady did not let me know ow that I could go an look at the rooms or anything. She didn’t tell me that the phonesDon’t work in the room. I didn’t do anything to the room but walked in and instantly smelled the mold. I put my things down and went down stairs where Stephanie then clerk that was at the desk was telling me that she hasn’t walked and seen what was clean I waited a hour in the molded room. She never tried to find me an other room so I booked another room and left. I asked her for a refund and she said NO LIKE I TOLS HER I WASNT going to stay in a molded room. She didn’t do anything about it smh.
